This area is congested with vehicles especially during peak hours of work activities such as morning and evening. This happens because it has a very strategic location and connects between areas of Makassar City and as an alternative road. This 345 m² project was developed by the team at NJ+ Arquitetos for a family of four. The wife is a journalist and influencer in decoration and lifestyle, the husband works in finance, and the couple has two young children, a boy and a girl. With architecture by the Gálvez & Márton office, the interior design by Nildo José and his team, encompasses all four floors: the basement, the ground floor, an upper floor divided into two half-levels where the bedrooms are located, and a final top floor with the rooftop. The Muiderbos is located on the southern edge of the Duin district in Almere. In this watery forest area, thirty homes are being built on free plots that are grouped into 'laren', natural open spaces in the forest. Kreekbos House is located at the end of a laar. The house is embraced on three sides by woodland and a winding creek. The ambition is to merge the house with its surroundings. This house belongs to the same family for 3 generations. At the western end of Avenidas Novas, it is a good testimony to a grid of dense urban blocks expanding over a rural territory punctuated by palaces – like the Palácio Marquês de Sá da Bandeira next door.
